Following the tour, guests will enjoy a culinary experience curated by Chef Chip Pridgen, with a menu inspired by the themes and aesthetics of Sayre’s work. Each dish will be thoughtfully paired with wine, creating a harmonious blend of flavors and artistic expression.
This all-inclusive wine dinner celebrating works by Thomas Sayre offers a unique opportunity to savor art and food, providing an experience for both the palate and the soul. Indulge in a five-course dinner featuring the main course of Fire-Roasted Chateaubriand, Black Truffle Demi-glace, Smashed Marble Potatoes, and Cremini Sauté, paired with Obsidian Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon from Red Hills Lake, CA.
