
Join us on Thursday, February 26, at 6 PM for the Art of Food, a unique wine dinner that blends art, cuisine, and fine wine in an intimate setting.
Experience art-inspired dining with a tour of From Mountains to Sea. Following the tour, guests will enjoy a culinary experience curated by CAM Café’s Chef Chip Pridgen, with a five-course prix fixe menu inspired by the exhibition. Each dish will be thoughtfully paired with wine.
Food Menu:
Intro: Goat Lady Dairy Smokey Mountain chevre, house-cured salmon gravlax crostini with charred peach chutney
Appetizer: Pepper-crusted sea scallop, Petrusco trout caviar and salsify root puree
Salad: Roasted wild mushrooms, baby arugula and micro greens, shaved Manchego cheese, shoyu-ginger emulsion
Main: Pan-seared local tilefish, Carolina Gold rice pilaf, butterbean and sweet pepper succotash, saffron beurre blanc
Dessert: Espresso mocha mousse
