Flying School: Meditation & Mandalas

Center yourself in a positive light and Mary Poppins frame-of-mind as we head into a new year! Expressive arts therapist Lorraine Perry and teaching artist Donna Moore incorporate meditation, mindfulness writing, and mandala making, gathering inspiration from CAM’s uplifting exhibition “Diane Landry: Flying School”. We’ll visit gallery, center ourselves in meditation, visualize through expressive writing, and create an umbrellainspired mandala using brightly colored origami papers.
