Let’s explore art in all kinds of ways. We’ll look at and hear about famous artists and explore their styles.
We’ll experiment with all sorts of art media like print making, acrylic painting on canvas, sculpture from found object, mosaic and so much more! The goal is to bring your creativity to life!!
Learn how to print at home with everyday objects! We’ll use Coca-Cola, veggies, aluminum foil and a LOT of ink!! We will practice alternative methods to learn traditional techniques printmakers and artists use daily to create unique masterpieces. A messy, but fun way to introduce yourself to the world of printmaking!
*heads-up this class is really hands on and messy, so don’t wear your best clothes!!
