Mary’s Art Explorers is going on a field trip! Join us at Airlie Gardens with Miss Georgia from the Cameron Art Museum.
Did you know that bats are the only mammal on earth that can truly fly? Learn all about the adaptations that make bats so special and find out what kinds of bats live here in NC! We will read Bats on the Beach and create our own bats using arts and crafts supplies. Garden admission included with this program!
Art Explorers is geared towards infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, but big brothers and sisters are welcome to join and create art with us. Your registration includes admission to the museum for the whole day. Space is limited so preregister to guarantee your spot!
It is with great honor that Cameron Art Museum pays tribute to Mary Cameron Hoey by naming its most popular and long-standing family program after her. Mary’s Art Explorers is a story time, art making, and museum exploration program.
