Join us on Saturday, November 9th at 1 PM as we commemorate Veterans’ Day and the 3rd anniversary of the Boundless sculpture installation with a special gallery talk in the PNC USCT Park. Cedric Harrison, Founder of WilmingtoNColor and a dedicated historian, will be interviewed by CAM’s cultural curator, Daniel Jones. Together, they will explore Wilmington’s rich history and discuss ongoing efforts to unify and uplift our community.
Cedric Harrison, a Wilmington native, has spent his career fostering economic growth and advancing opportunities for African Americans in the area. As the Founder of both Support The Port and WilmingtoNColor, Harrison is deeply committed to social justice and preserving the history of Wilmington’s African American community. His impactful work has earned him numerous accolades, including the 40 under 40 award from StarNews Media and the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce.
This gallery talk offers a unique opportunity to learn from Harrison’s wealth of knowledge and experience, making it a meaningful way to celebrate both our veterans and the lasting legacy of Boundless.
