Apothecary & Curiosity Cabinet Ceramics
In this 6 week adult ceramics class, students create a series of handbuilt ceramic objects inspired by antique apothecaries. We will be combining functional pottery with storytelling and sculptural detail, students will explore how vessels can hold memory, mystery, and imagination. Projects may include: lidded jars, herb containers, tiny boxes, sculptural containers, or wall pockets
