Into the Wild: Botanical Abstraction

It's a jungle out there! This 4-week course is perfect for the student artist interested in exploring abstract techniques, but not sure where to start. We will focus on botanical subjects to inspire semi-abstract and non-objective mark-making with the painting medium of your choice. We will even add a few mixed media techniques to add dimension, texture, layers along with a path of distilling down to fundamental building blocks of line, shape, value and color. For seasoned beginners to advanced.
