Image Transfers Techniques

In this workshop you’ll learn different methods to transfer images directly to your canvas or other surface. Photocopies and images from magazines can be used to create a focal point or backdrop and blend naturally into the surface. Incorporate drawing or painting to create a unique mixed media piece. We’ll start with a visit to the Game Changers exhibit to get inspiration from Rauschenberg’s work then back to the studio to create a unique piece of your own. Subject matter is up to you.
