Painting Watery Watercolors

These paintings will be done in 3 layers. The first layer is painting wet in wet creating a looser, more flowing watercolor. The water makes the paint together creating beautiful mixed colors on the paper. After the first coat dries, we will paint the 2nd & 3rd layer defining more details and define the darker areas of the painting. The student needs some knowledge of the characteristics of watercolor paint.
