DESCRIPTION:Join us for an evening of music and storytelling with Leme Nolan at our Sunset Performance Series. The performance will be taking place outdoors on museum grounds. Enjoy Leme’s soulful blend of gospel\, soul\, jazz\, and more\, right next to the Boundless sculpture by Stephen Hayes located within the PNC USCT Park.  \nEnhance your evening by dining at CAM Café\, located inside the museum\, open from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Call (910) 777-2363 to reserve a table for dinner or grab a drink before the concert starts at 7:00 PM. \n\n\n\nFree; $5 suggested donation\nRAIN or SHINE (will take place in the Reception Hall if rains)\n\n\nAbout Leme Nolan: \nLeme Nolan\, a talented singer from Beaufort\, NC\, now lives in Wilmington\, NC. Her performances are deeply influenced by her rich musical heritage. She started singing in her community church choir at age 8. Since then\, Leme has pursued a passion for music across various genres\, including R&B\, soul\, gospel\, and country. \nIn 2017\, Leme decided to focus more on her singing career. Alongside her role as an independent recording artist\, she works as a Federal Government Budget Analyst and contributes as a Parks & Recreation Committee Member. Additionally\, Leme is dedicated to community service. She actively volunteers with organizations such as the Domestic Violence Shelter and the Good Shepherd. \nLeme earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Fayetteville State University\, where she graduated in 2003 on a full scholarship. Her service in the Air Force from 2011-2019 also influenced her artistic development. As a proud mother\, Leme integrates her personal and professional experiences into her music\, creating performances that truly resonate with audiences. \n\nSponsored in part by
