For over 23 years\, Living Rhythms has brought hands-on cultural arts programs to over 280\,000 students across the U.S. Through this high-energy performance\, seasoned artist-educators Greg and Dakarai Ince share rhythms\, songs\, and dances that represent the traditions of several African ethnic groups\, emphasizing the values of respect\, community\, and teamwork. \nThe performance begins with a captivating entrance and continues with opportunities for the audience to sing\, clap\, and dance along to the powerful sounds of djembe and dunun drums. The show culminates in inviting audience members to participate on stage alongside the artists\, creating a shared experience that is joyful\, educational\, and transformative. \nAbout the Artists:\nDakarai Ince has been immersed in West African drumming and dance since the age of three.
