Kids at CAM: Creative Collage
Join us on Saturday, April 26th, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM for Kids@CAM: Creative Collage featuring special guest artist Marcus Dawson.
This month, local artist Marcus Dawson will be showing us the transformative power of collage art. Participants can make their own collage to take home, as well as be a part of a community collage. Making art through collage is open to all skill levels and subject matter. Everyone, even parents, are encouraged to participate.
Kids at CAM is a family-friendly event. Museum staff facilitate art activities for all ages, including parents. Family-friendly tours of the exhibitions are at 11:30 a.m. Families can participate in the activities, the tour, or both during their afternoons at CAM.
Sensory Hour (9–10 AM): Families needing a sensory-friendly space can enjoy early access before public hours, with a calm environment, sensory bags, and the opportunity to participate in the art activity. Separate registration is required for sensory hour. Families are welcome to stay until noon.
