Relief Sculpture
Teach a class how to do a small bas relief. The subject will be a lion’s head found on the edge of stone flower planter of the Butterfly House in the 1st district of Vienna Austria. This image is part of the Scan the World project and has been 3D scanned into a .STL file. We will use the face and 4 side views of the image as reference to teach the basics of how to set up a bas relief and proceed to completion.
