Pattern: A Principle of Design
Join us in a creative class where we explore the captivating world of patterns, a fundamental element of design found in various art forms such as quilting, fiber arts, tableware and clothing! From classic designs like checkerboards and herringbones, we will use line, shape, color, texture, form and space as well as learning about famous artists who have used this in their work to create a 12" x 12" painting of your design as a finished work or one that can serve as a foundation for other creative media.
