French Flower Making

Learn all the steps to create ‘silk’ flowers made in the traditional way—natural fabrics, heated tools, patterns, stamens. You will learn proper stiffening agents, cutting and curling techniques using heated flower making tools, and several methods of assembling the petals to create your beautiful flowers. You will create a rose and one other of your choice, which can be used on hats, on garments, to top off a gift or as home decor. Patterns available. Specialty heated tools provided for class time.
