Floral Painting
Together we will closely study flowers and how to portray them convincingly in two dimensions! Suitable for oil, acrylic or watercolor painting as well as pastels; beginners to advanced artists. We'll focus on brush work, controlling edges and creating depth in our paintings. Working from photographs, the aim is to create one to two finished works.

Supplies:
Oil, acrylic or water colors: similar to Cadium green pale, sap green, cadium red or scarlet, alizarin crimson, ultramarine blue, raw umber, raw sienna and titanium white.
A variety of brushes from #2 through #6
A sealable jar for odorless mineral spirits
Two 9" x 12" canvases. Pastel or watercolor papers.
Paper towels.
