Imaginative Printmaking

In this class, students explore different ways of creating artwork using a variety of printmaking techniques and lots of unconventional materials.

Clay Hand-building & Intro to Wheel

Clay can be touched and shaped in many ways students discover the basics of hand-building, pinching, coiling and rolling out slabs in addition to the practice of throwing on a potter痴 wheel. Discover step-by-step what it takes to create unique decorative, functional and sculptural pieces in a clay studio.

High School Students:
Figure Drawing

This class will help students more accurately render the figure through the practice of drawing a live clothed model. We will focus on various uses of line, value, and proportion to arrive at individual interpretations of the human form. Students will also be exposed to various artists throughout the history of art to further understand the role of figurative art in a historical and contemporary context.

Mixed Media Illustration & Collage
