We offer gentle restorative practices that stretch and strengthen the body and help release the stresses of the day while learning to quiet the mind. Stop by and experience the joy of movement in your body and stillness in your mind.

Your Healthy Living Practice at CAM supports a Living Art Scholarship Fund. Youth in our community are offered the opportunity to study art through the Museum Schools After School Program and summer Kids @ CAMP. Contact the Museum School office at 395.5999 ext. 1008 if you know a student that may be interested (need or merit based).

Intro to T'ai Chi

Learn Tai Chi forms taught at a slow, gentle pace through demonstration and discussion. A Tai Chi practice improves balance and mental relaxation while increasing concentration and right brain/left brain capabilities. Can be taken as a refresher course for a more practiced student.

The Tai Chi forms are taught at a slow, gentle pace to improve balance and mental relaxation while increasing good concentration and right brain / left brain capabilities and overall good physical health and well-being. Come dressed comfortably and experience the beautiful, handsome movements of Tai Chi and Qigong.

Instructor Martha Gregory

After teaching, performing and choreographing ballet and modern dance, Martha Gregory was introduced to the fluidity and gracefulness that is T'ai Chi. For over 30 years, Martha has taught T'ai Chi and Qigong in Wilmington and the surrounding areas to students of various ages and skill levels. She also provides demonstrations for the medical and educational communities

Restorative Yoga

Basic/Restorative Yoga is for all ages and physical abilities. The key to basic yoga is learning to breathe with the body while strengthening muscles. Basic/Restorative encourages each individual to find their own point of strength and lengthening while working on the mat or chair. Yoga is about the union of the mind, body and spirit. Consider inviting this rejuvenating one hour practice into your Thursdays. Drop-In, no registration required.

Instructor Liana Belanich

( is a graduate of the Wilmington Yoga Center 200hr Kunga Yoga & Lifestyle program. She began her interest in yoga while in college in 2003. She realized it was her favorite way to exercise and on top of that began to enjoy meditation and all the wonderful aspects of yoga. Recently she began to crave more and to wanted share her learnings with others. She wants to be able to help others grow and become their best selves through yoga and meditation. Liana enjoys being outdoors, standup paddle boarding, running, and relaxing on the beach. She also enjoys traveling, reading, and photography.
