Basic/Restorative Yoga is for all ages and physical abilities. The key to basic yoga is learning to breathe with the body while strengthening muscles. Basic/Restorative encourages each individual to find their own point of strength and lengthening while working on the mat or chair. Yoga is about the union of the mind, body and spirit. Consider inviting this rejuvenating one hour practice into your Thursdays. Drop-In, no registration required.
